Pirate Devil Duckie has a sinister reputation with the other tub toys. He's a modern day tub pirate whose dastardly deeds include using up all the hot water and mixing itching powder with your bubble bath. Each 4-1/2'' long duckie has an eye patch and a skull and crossed swords emblem emblazoned on his chest.
