Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. 

International Shipping Methods & Charges
International order, including Canada, can NOT be placed online. We are not responsible for any extra tax, tariffs or fees imposed by the shipping company or any government agency of any country. At the current time, UPS is charging large fees for products shipped to Canada. These are the responsibility of the customer.

We have a US $100 minimum merchandise order to ship outside of the US.

Please call, fax, or email us for more information on charges for international orders. We recommend paying by Visa, MasterCard or Discover when ordering internationally.

We are happy to send a catalog anywhere in the world. The charge for countries other than Canada or the United States is US $5.00. If you'd like a catalog sent to an address outside the United States, please contact us by US Mail, Telephone, Fax, or Email.

Our Seattle Store:
Come visit our Seattle store, or at least visit our store web site. Not only is our store the world epicenter of weirdness, it is a veritable treasure trove of unique products. Many items we sell are only available by making the trek to the store. Whether you're coming from New York or Redmond, the journey is well worth it.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
