Having trouble with the shopping cart?

Make sure cookies are on (accepted). You'll find this in the Preferences or Options section of your browser.
If you are having problems with our java scripts, turn off the java script debugging in your browsers preferences.
If you are accessing the web through a company firewall, the security settings for the firewall might interfere with your ability to place orders on our secure server.
Netscape users have reported some problems with the shopping basket. most of them are solved by reducing the security setting and allowing cookies. However, you may need to use a different browser to place the order or call us on the phone.
If you are having a lot of trouble ordering, try pressing the "empty shopping basket" button and starting over again.
Occasionally AOL users find themselves unable to update any of the information in the shoppping cart, even if they log off completely and then come back. You will have to wait 48 hours for your cookie to expire, so you might as well call us on the phone .
If you are on WebTV, you may find many of our pages difficult to use, especially the shopping cart. Unfortunately there's not much we can do about this.
If things start acting crazy or get "frozen", close down your browser and start again.
