If you're having trouble navigating or ordering online, or have questions about security, see our Web Help page. Answers to general mcphee questions are on our Info Page.
For your convenience, connect to our Secure Server, and place your order online. We use the standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) data encryption to transmit credit card information. If you're using a browser that doesn't support this standard, or you just feel better talking to a human being, you might consider calling in your order. For trouble shooting you may want to check out our Website Help page as well.
To order online, just browse our site and hit the BUY IT link when you see an item you can't live without. Or if you have a catalog handy, you can go straight to our order form and type in the items you want. Just type in the item number into the first field and our server will do the rest.
Need more details on how to order online? Here's a step-by-step guide guide:
Step One:
As you browse through the site, click on the "Buy It" link to put an item in your shopping cart.
Step Two:
You will now be taken to the order form, where the item you chose is now in your shopping basket.
Step Three:
To do more shopping, choose a category at the top of the order form, or use the BACK button in your browser.
Step Four:
When you're done shopping, look over your order. You can remove an item by entering zero in the quantity field and hitting the "Recalculate" button. Likewise, if you want more than one of an item, just change the quantity and hit "Recalculate."
Step Five: After you have chosen your items, check the appropriate shipping method and fill in your billing address and, if different, the shipping address. Also fill in your e-mail address and phone number.
Step Six:
If all the information is correct, click on one of the "Continue to Next Step" buttons to go to a confirmation page. If you would like to change any of the info, use the "Make Changes" button at the bottom of the page.
Step Seven:
Check which kind of credit card you're using, then enter the number and the expiration date. When you're ready, click the "SEND THIS ORDER..." button, and you're done!

You can place orders online, or by telephone, mail, or fax. If mailing or faxing, use the order form from your latest mcphee catalog or use our printable order form. Be sure to include Source Code 4WW and these other important items on your printed order:
- Your Name
- Shipping Address
- Telephone Number (in case we have questions about your order)
- Preferred shipping method
- Enclose a check or money order, or include your credit card number, type (Visa, MasterCard or Discover), expiration date, and your signature.
- For each item ordered, list the item number, quantity, description, and price
- Shipping and handling charges, based on merchandise total.
- If the order is to be shipped to Washington state, add 8.6 percent sales tax to the total of the merchandise and the shipping and handling charges.
For online, fax and telephone orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Please remember to have both your card numberand expiration date handy when calling.
For orders sent through the mail, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, as well as checks and money orders (US funds please!).
We stand behind every item we sell. Any problems will be cheerfully corrected. If any item in your order does not meet with your approval for any reason, simply return it within 30 days and we will promptly replace it, exchange it, or credit your original form of payment. (Sorry, shipping fees are not refundable).
Archie McPhee only collects personal information volunteered by the customer for the purposes of fulfilling an order and receiving email. We collect and track general statistical information about the traffic on the site, IP addresses and what pages are visited. This statistical information is for internal use only and is never customer specific.
Our shopping basket uses cookies to keep track order information and the log in status of your customer account. If you choose to not accept cookies, you will not be able to place an order online with us.
If you choose to create an account, your address and order history will be stored on our secure servers.
Archie McPhee will never give or rent your email address to any third party. If you are receiving our “Cult” or “Voodoo” email and would like to opt out, simply follow the directions at the bottom of any email you receive or email mcphee@mcphee.com and indicate the address you would like to have removed.
We do not currently rent or sell name and address information to third parties, but we reserve the right to do so. If you would like to be excluded from this, email your name and address to mcphee@mcphee.com and ask that your name not be rented or sold.
This site is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly accept orders or emails from children and ask that adult parents or guardians act for the child when ordering or communicating with us.
While we have links to outside sites, Archie McPhee makes no claims and has no control over these sites and we will not be held responsible the use of the sites outside of www.mcphee.com.

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. USPS Priority Mail is available at no additional charge, and is our normal method for Alaska and Hawaii. The shipping and handling charges are based on merchandise total.

International order, including Canada, can NOT be placed online. We are not responsible for any extra tax, tariffs or fees imposed by the shipping company or any government agency of any country. At the current time, UPS is charging large fees for products shipped to Canada. These are the responsibility of the customer.
We have a US $50 minimum merchandise order to ship outside of the US.
Please call, fax, or e-mail us for more information on charges for international orders. We recommend paying by Visa, MasterCard or Discover when ordering internationally.
We are happy to send a catalog anywhere in the world. The charge for countries other than Canada or the United States is US $5.00. If you'd like a catalog sent to an address outside the United States, please contact us by US Mail, Telephone, Fax, or E-Mail. |
