		<description><![CDATA[O heck yea!  I do not remember the refund or not, but it doesn&#039;t matter.  Archie McPhee the store behaved perfectly honorably, the DoD was kind of stuffy and wasted a lot of money, but it has been a great fun story to embellish over the years.  What I sent them and is written here was what I wrote at the time, so it is reasonably accurate.  I still have the letter from the two US attorneys and the DoD agent&#039;s business card.

When the second guy flipped out his huge credentials and the first guy laid the official threatening letter on me, I thought for half a second of saying I no longer had the torpedo, that I had sold it to two guys named Igor and Muhammed ... of course, this was before 9-11, when I would probably have not had the chance to even get that far :-)
