		<description><![CDATA[Originally, they were both baby toys. If you look closely at the Martian Popping Thing, yo&#039;ll see that he&#039;s made to look like he&#039;s wearing clothes. It&#039;s possible the original intention was that he was a clown. 

The Martian Cuke was made just as something easy to hold and squeeze for babies. 

Because we made it green and were trying to connect it to the Martian Popping thing, we decided to call it Martian Cuke. As in Martian Cucumber.]]></description>
